Abstract:建立6061-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接计算流体力学模型,并研究多种焊接速度工况下,搅拌头附近区域的压力分布,计算了搅拌头受力和在焊接过程中的应力变化.结果与已有文献对比验证了模型的正确性与精确度.计算结果表明,搅拌头受力由轴肩表面阻力、搅拌针上压力和搅拌针底部摩擦阻力共同组成.搅拌头所受合力随焊接速度的增大而增大,轴肩对合力贡献率最高,平均达86.8%,搅拌针上阻力对于合力的贡献率随焊速增大而增大.搅拌针端部截面应力值最高,且随焊速增大应力幅值上升.
