Abstract:建立了搅拌摩擦焊接过程的三维瞬态传热模型,用移动热源模拟搅拌头的移动.模拟和研究不同搅拌头转速下对应的温度场,通过反问题分析方法给出了搅拌摩擦焊接热源移动模型中热输入功率与转速间的函数关系,通过这一函数表达式,计算出转速为400 r/min的热输入功率,并与试验结果进行对比,误差小于5％,从而验证文中提出的热输入功率与转速间的函数关系的正确性和有效性.
