Abstract:为实现超磁致伸缩薄膜(GMF)在微气体传感器领域的应用,需要研究其在气敏涂层条件下的磁致伸缩特性.以几何非线性弹性理论为基础,将磁致伸缩效应等效为GMF上体积力作用下的变形效应,建立了具有气敏涂层的悬臂梁式结构双层GMF低磁场下静态磁机耦合模型,解析了GMF悬臂梁末端的磁场与位移的数学关联.通过对双层薄膜TbDyFe/PI/SmFe和TbDyFe/Cu/SmFe进行试验,验证了磁场与位移数学关联的正确性.结果表明,曲线模型有较好的预测性,具有气敏涂层的GMF表现出更好的磁致伸缩效应.
