石磊,工学博士,毕业于日本京都大学。现任大连理工大学建设工程学院建设管理系副教授,曾任日本京都大学客座副教授。

研究特色:
传统的工程管理或工程项目管理往往关注于管理技术(例如工期、成本、质量管理工具、BIM平台等)的开发和应用,但在实践中,即使项目使用了较先进的项目管理技术,仍然可能出现成本超支、质量不合格、项目中止等问题。究其原因,根本在于对项目参与人的行为动机缺乏足够的认知和了解。课题组的研究主要是运用经济学理论、社会学理论及其他相关管理理论分析工程项目中存在的关于行为动机的深层管理问题,讨论组织结构、合约、治理机制及制度等对项目参与人行为动机的影响。欢迎对跨学科知识感兴趣的同学加入我们团队。
