Abstract: 针对我国水库防洪调度系统研究与应用现状及存在问题,提出了基于Web Service水库防洪调度系统的解决方案,利用Java Servlet实现了B/S模式的整体架构,并采用该设计模式实现了系统设计与开发,减少了模块间的强耦合关系,运用Hibernate技术实现了数据的封装。结果表明,新系统设计提高了系统运行效率,为解决系统重复开发、资源共享提供了新的开发模式。
