Abstract:浅球面薄管板是一种非标管板,其合理的壁厚设计一直成为工程应用难点.基于JB 4732-1995分析设计标准及通用有限元软件,对某换热器用浅球面非标管板进行了分析设计,重点对分析设计的应力分类法和极限载荷法计算管板壁厚进行了对比研究.结果表明:相对于平面厚管板,在相当条件下,基于分析设计方法计算得到的浅球面管板厚度降低了约75％;在4 MPa设计压力下,应力分类与极限载荷两种分析设计方法得到的浅球面管板厚度相当.研究成果为该类非标管板工程设计提供了一定的工程参考.
