Abstract:功能梯度材料(FGM)是21世纪最具有前景的新型材料之一,对其制备技术研究成为当前的热点问题.本文在总结现有自蔓延高温合成法、离心铸造法、气相沉积法、粉末冶金法、共沉降法等制备方法的基础上,结合最新超临界流体技术,提出一种新的FGM制备方法,即利用超临界流体沉积法制备氧化铝-铜FGM,并基于重力沉降理论对其制备机理进行了分析和讨论,旨在为开发FGM新的制备技术提供理论依据和技术支持.
