Abstract:以带夹套平板封头为研究对象,建立了全实体结构、体-壳连接结构以及全壳结构的有限元模型,通过弹塑性有限元分析,得到了结构的应力和变形,并对不同建模方法的结果进行了比较,发现体-壳连接模型具有计算精度高、时间短的优点.应用分析设计方法并基于最优化理论对封头面板厚度进行优化设计,给出了最佳面板厚度.该研究对此类带夹套平板封头强度的设计具有一定的参考价值.
