粒径均一Cu_2O微球的制备及颜色艳丽光子晶体的组装

Abstract:为了得到具有强的光子带隙的光子晶体,具有高折射率的粒径均一的半导体胶体微球有着很高的潜在应用价值。但是,由于很难将其生成过程中的成核和生长分开,得到粒径高度均一的半导体微球仍具有很大的挑战。本文采用温和的乙二醇作为还原剂,通过"热注射和再加热"的两步法得到了粒径高度均一的Cu_2O微球,粒径90~190 nm可精确调控。该方法的关键是在较高的温度下爆发式成核生成种子,然后迅速降温阻止团聚,适合的前驱体浓度和温和的再加热速率。所得到的微球可组装成规整的光子晶体,显示亮丽的颜色。
