铜管换热器内颗粒状污垢生长特性试验分析

Abstract: 污水源热泵系统的节能减排效益显著,污水的管内换热特性急需掌握.基于污垢热阻法建立光滑铜管管内污垢生长特性试验台,试验得出了人工污水颗粒状污垢管内的生长特性,并建立了其渐近型污垢积聚预测模型.试验发现,该人工污水在光滑铜管结垢的诱导期为21 h,污垢热阻稳定时间为95 h,稳定污垢热阻为1.5×10-5m2·K/W.
