Abstract:In this paper ,the fatigue behavior of adhesively bonded single lap joint mainly subjected to cyclic-vibration(CV) environment were investigated by using experiment ,numerical simulation and theo-retical analyses .A simulation model based on Cohesive Zone Model was established to characterise the failure process on adhesively bonded joints ,effect of fatigue load was introduced into a bilinear traction-separation description of cohesive zone model to evaluate the degradation process in the adhesive layer , Carefully designed experimental tests were carried out to validate the simulation results .At last ,SEM method was used to analysis the fatigue process .
