Abstract: The green symbiosis and influence factors between different enterprises are analyzed from of manufacturing enterprises. The influence variables of inter-firms green cooperation are divided into 5 basic cooperation variables which are commitment, trust, future orientation, flexibility, relationship experience, and 7 particular cooperation variables which are CEO's green cooperation will, enterprise green performance, enterprise green cooperation truth and culture, the distance between green cooperation enterprises, the matching degree of eco-industrial chain, information source and affection of inter-enterprise cooperation, government function and influence, stakeholders influence. This study acquired 122 valid questionnaires through proceeding questionnaire in 100 enterprises in Shenyang of Liaoning Province in China. By using the statistics tools such as SPSS and AMOS, the authors took factor analysis, and also gave out the path diagram of structure equation. The study results indicate that 5 basic cooperation variables and 7 particular cooperation variables have a positive connection with 5 green performance variables. They also verify the theoretical hypotheses of this research. While, the result shows that this study can supply a support theory for studying the greening collaboration theories and practice in the enterprises of ecological industrial parks.
