Abstract:This paper calculated CO2 emissions of China's three industries, industry, construction, light industry, heavy industry and industrial trades on the basis of the statistical data from 1990 to 2010. The factors, influencing the CO2 emissions change of industrial sectors, were decomposed into economy factor, structure factor, efficiency factor and emission factor through the complete decomposition model. And then the effect of these factors over years was quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results showed that, firstly, China's industrial sectors' CO2 emissions were mainly from the secondary industry whose emissions were from industry mostly. And further, the industry's CO2 emissions were mostly from heavy industry, mainly the six major trades. Secondly, economy factor contributed to the CO2 emissions increase. Structure factor and emission factor acted insignificant roles in CO2 emissions reduction. And China's CO2 emissions reduction relied mainly on efficiency factor during the inspection period. And fmally, changing the mode of economic growth is an effective way to slow down the rapid growth of China's CO2 emissions. Both structure factor and efficiency factor have fine effect to CO2 emissions reduction, and the structure factor gets even more obvious.
