Abstract: 木文采用真空电弧等离子体沉积(VAPD)法制备组成均匀的Fe-Sn催化剂薄膜并用以制备高结晶性CNC(碳纳米线圈),下面就具体的制备方法进行论述,并探讨了其成长机理。
