无线应变采集节点的温漂误差补偿

Abstract: 温度变化时,无线应变采集节点存在温漂误差,这会影响测量精度.造成温漂误差的主要原因是电桥上桥臂电阻温度系数的差别.根据温度与温漂误差的关系,利用实验方法预先测出一些典型温度点的节点温漂误差,再采用三次样条插值算法对测量数据进行修正,实现对无线应变采集节点温漂误差的软件补偿.实验表明:在25~57℃温度范围内,补偿后节点的温漂误差小于±10 ×10 6/℃,与补偿前相比误差降低了75%,并且在利用模拟装置测量无缝线路纵向温度力时,测量精度得到显著提高.
