Abstract:The three-point bending beam tests of 35 cuboids emulation concrete specimens under static uniaxial loading conditions are performed on the SANS electrofluid servo-universal machine to measure the fracture toughness. On the basis of experiments, the relationships between the fracture toughness and cured age, as well as bending deflections are studied systematically and compared with conventional concrete material. The results show that the stress intensify factor of the emulation concrete increases with the increase of the cured age, while the fracture toughness of emulation concrete material tends to decrease with the increase of a/w. With the same a/w, the fracture toughness is a linear increasing function. Compared with conventional material, the values of parameters for the emulation concrete materials are all lower under the same conditions.
