Abstract: 通过单因素试验分别研究初始pH、培养温度、接种量等因素对凝结芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌生长的影响,随后通过正交试验对发酵条件进行优化.结果表明:双菌型复合微生态制剂的最优发酵条件为凝结芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的菌种配比1:2,培养温度37℃,初始pH 6.8,接种量4%.在此最优发酵条件下,复合微生态制剂发酵菌体浓度达7.75 ×109 cfu/mL.
