全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)对神经突触可塑性的影响及机理研究

Abstract:  本文研究目的是阐明全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)的发育神经毒性机理。利用交叉哺育模型模拟出生前/后暴露,通过长时程增强(LTP)模型评估PFOS对神经突触可塑性的影响,并从神经元细胞发育、凋亡、钙信号转导通路调控等角度探讨相关机理。出生前暴露导致胚胎期和出生早期仔鼠血清和脑组织中PFOS的累积水平较高。
