The safety emergency management of highway construction based on case-based reasoning and data preprocessing

Abstract:Highway construction is a high-risk sub-sector of construction projects, in the last two decades' development, the security situation of it is very serious, and this is largely due to the low level of security emergency management of construction projects. Combine with status of emergency management and State Administration of Work Safety's requirements for emergency response capacity, this paper discussed ideas and processes of highway safety emergency management based on Casebased Reasoning, also this paper effectively solved two key issues, including perfecting planning library and improving the efficiency of emergency response. In the implementation process, this paper emphasized the importance of preprocessing data, and introduced variable fuzzy clustering and classification of support vector machine, and discussed the principle and advantages of the two methods. Then the paper cited examples to show that the combination of the two methods can not only guarantee the accuracy of data preprocessing, but also greatly improve the efficiency of response and the search accuracy, and can provide complete thoughts and processes for the rapid emergency management of security accident during the construction period.
