Abstract:高等教育区域中心是高等教育发展的一种新型模式,也是许多国家共同采取的促进高等教育与区域经济社会协调发展的战略选择。国外高等教育区域中心建设的实践经验表明,高校、政府与市场各自的作用及其相互关系直接影响和制约了高等教育区域中心建设的基本模式,而高等教育与区域经济社会发展之间的相互协调与适应则是高等教育区域中心聚集效能发挥的关键要素。
