Abstract: Firstly, the limitation of the existing model construction methods is analyzed. Secondly, formal representation of decision problem is given. Thirdly the construction method of decision model based on formalization representation of decision problem is proposed. Then, the model construction process of the method is discussed in detail in terms of description model and problem model.
