Abstract:In this paper we introduce the evolutionary game method for the further study on the TRM of the low carbon tech within a cluster. After the analysis we find that the revenue of the low carbon tech is less than that of the traditional tech and the social gets the negative consumption surplus and the most of the suppliers select traditional tech, the TRM may have more possibility to carry out original tech pattern. And if the revenue of the low carbon tech is less than that of the traditional tech and the social gets the negative consumption surplus, the most of the suppliers select low carbon tech, this whole cluster may implement the low carbon tech successfully. ? 2010 IEEE.
