车载LNG气瓶尾端支撑结构传热比较

Abstract: 利用有限元模拟了500 L车载LNG气瓶尾端支撑结构在稳态导热下的温度场分布,并对十字形、圆盘形和碗形3种不同的支撑结构漏热量进行分析.通过改变3种支撑结构的支撑板尺寸,对比3种结构的传热量发现:十字形支撑和圆盘形支撑的支撑板尺寸改变会造成漏热量的显著变化,而碗形支撑的漏热量对支撑碗直径的变化较不敏感;且碗形支撑的整体漏热水平显著高于十字形支撑和圆盘形支撑.
