扩孔工艺对复合材料气瓶强度的影响

Abstract:扩孔工艺可以改善复合材料气瓶瓶肩堆积并影响气瓶强度.为了研究该影响规律,首先,通过对比多个气瓶封头厚度的计算方法,组合推出双公式法,该方法能够较准确地模拟气瓶封头纤维层厚度的变化;然后,利用有限元方法建立气瓶渐进损伤模型预测爆破压力,并利用爆破试验验证了模型的准确性.结果表明,适当的扩孔工艺能使封头上纤维厚度极值降低31.53%,且过渡更加均匀;爆破压力下,封头内胆上的Mises应力整体下降且在瓶口下降更为显著,Mises应力曲线更加平滑;气瓶整体极限承载能力提高2.68%.
