Abstract:The finite element method was used to simulate the temperature field distribution of the 500 L vehicle LNG cylinder tail support structure under steady state thermal conduction,and the leakage heat of three different supporting structures of cruciform,disc and bowl were analyzed.By changing the size of the support plate of the three support structures,it is found that the change in the size of the supporting plate of the cruciform support and the disc-shaped support will cause a significant change in the leakage heat,and the leakage capacity of the bowl-shaped support changes is less sensitive to bowl diameter;the overall leakage level of bowl-shaped support is significantly higher than that of the cross-shaped support and discshaped support.
