Abstract:A helicopter parallel actuator automatic loading test system is developed. AC Servo Motor,which has embedded encoder,and AC Servo Driver are used to construct electric loading scheme. In order to solve small torque precise dynamic loading problem under the circumstances of actuator limited rotative angle, servo driver control parameter settings is essential. The overall structures of test system and servo driver type selection are briefly introduced in this paper. AC servo driver control parameter setting methods, such as the motor control mode, motor speed limit method, motor manual operation interface, encoder frequency pulse points set, compound closed-loop control method, are introduced in detail. Physical evidence shows that torque and position control precision of load testing system are high, and load testing system can meet the test requirements.
