直升机舵机电动加载测试系统的建模与仿真

Abstract:In order to improve the small torque loading precision and to eliminate the surplus torque, the electric loading and testing system of actuator is modeled and simulated. The structure and working principle of the loading system are given. The mathematical model of the system is established, and the stability of the system is determined. To ensure the loading precision of the closed loop control system, a PID controller for adjusting the deviation is designed. The causes of the surplus torque are analyzed, and the link with feedforward compensation is designed to restrain the surplus torque. The system is simulated under Simulink. The results show that the electric loading and testing system has a high loading precision, eliminates the surplus torque effectively,and meets the testing requirements.
