Abstract:The electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is associated with integrating technologies of many disciplines such as mechanics,hydraulics,control and electronics.In view of EHA system characteristics,based on MATLAB and AMESim software platform,the multidisciplinary modeling and the collaborative simulation are conducted.By using MATLAB platform,control and electronic subsystem was modeled.By using AMESim platform,mechanics and hydraulics sub-system were modeled.Various sub-system models are integrated by S-function interface.The simulation results show that the multidisciplinary model of EHA has good performance and can reflect the operation of the system very well,which can guide the optimization design of the system and the realization of the system control algorithm by simulation.
