Abstract: Based on the them of constructivism and CBI together with College English Curriculum Requirements and fast development of computer network technology, this paper constructs a teaching pattern of College English Integrated Course with multimedia aid, discussing the establishment of three-dimensional teaching environment and the recognition" of teachers and students roles, with the purpose of creating three-dimensional learning environment and truly improving the learners' overall language competence and autonomous learning ability, thus laying down a good foundation for their future work, further study and international communication.
