静电纺丝法制备微米级TiO2纤维

Abstract:以钛酸丁酯((C_4 H_9O)_4 Ti)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为原料制得前驱体, 采用静电纺丝法制备出(C_4 H_9 O)_4
   Ti/PVP前驱体纤维, 经高温煅烧得到TiO_2纤维;
   采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪等研究了前驱体及所得纤维的物相及形貌.结果表明:(C_4
   H_9O)_4Ti/PVP前驱体纤维的直径在2-5 mum之间, 长度可达几个毫米; 在1 000℃煅烧后得到具有金红石型的TiO_2纤维,
   纤维直径在0.5-1mum之间, 纤维的长度变短, 容易断裂, 形成一种特殊的颗粒粘结结构
