铝硅合金低温造渣精炼提纯冶金硅的研究

Abstract: 为了在低温下精炼提纯冶金硅,在1200℃下采用Na_3AlF_6-20at%Al_2O_3渣剂进行了Al-Si合金造渣精炼去除冶金硅中硼杂质的研
   究。结果表明,造渣精炼工艺能明显提高Al-Si合金的除硼效果。在相同的熔炼时间下,Al-Si合金造渣精炼后初晶硅中杂质硼的含量降低至2.85*1
   0~(-6),相比单一的没有渣精炼处理的除硼效果提高了15.7%;同时发现,随着造渣精炼时间的延长,初晶硅中杂质硼的去除效果逐渐增加。
