基于YSZ的钨酸铁氢气传感器气敏特性研究

Abstract: FeWO_4 nano-materials was synthesized by hydrothermal method. XRD and
   SEM were used to characterize and analyze the FeWO_4 nano-materials, and
   a kind of YSZ-based mixed potential type FeWO_4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor
   was developed. The FeWO_4/YSZ/Pt sensor indicated a good sensitivity
   performance to hydrogen in a concentration range of 80-960 ppm and
   excellent selectivity to some possible interferences such as CO, C_3H_8
   and NO_2 at 500℃ in a background of 10 vol% oxygen balanced with
   nitrogen. The sensor also have favorable repeatability and sensor to
   sensor consistency. Compared with existing MnWO_4/YSZ/Pt and
   CdWO_4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor, the sensing performance of FeWO_4/YSZ/Pt
   hydrogen sensor was better.
