Small Target Detection and Tracking Based on Hole Filling Algorithm and Kalman Filter

Abstract: Firstly, we detect the point target from continuous multi-frame images by using of the hole filling algorithm. After that, according to the gaussian distribution features of point target, some noise points are eliminated from the points. Finally, the candidate targets are tracked with the kalman filtering method.
