类1-3型TiO_2颗粒填充聚氨酯复合材料的制备及粘弹性

Abstract: 采用化学沉淀法制备出TiO_2颗粒,SEM结果表明该颗粒为平均粒径660nm的圆润球体。以该种TiO_2颗粒为分散相制备聚氨酯基复合材料,SEM
   结果证实在不加场条件下制备出了颗粒弥散分布的0-3型复合材料,而在外加电场条件下制备出了颗粒取向排布的类1-3型复合材料。对所制备两种聚氨酯基复
   合材料进行动态粘弹性及蠕变测试。结果表明,类1-3型TiO_2颗粒填充聚氨酯复合材料比0-3型复合材料具有更高的储能模量,且类1-3型复合材料的
   抗蠕变性能较0-3型复合材料有显著提高。
