Abstract: 研究电场对TiO_2/硅橡胶复合型介电弹性体动态粘弹性的影响。采用水解法制备无定形TiO_2颗粒,以其为分散相,硅橡胶为基体制备复合型介电弹性体。电致变形测试表明,在20 kV/mm的电场强度条件下,该介电弹性体的电致变形量达46.9%。动态粘弹性测试结果表明,该介电弹性体在5 kV/mm下其储能模量较零场下增大18.1%。说明在电场作用下,TiO_2/硅橡胶复合型介电弹性体的动态粘弹性变化不可忽略,在建立力电模型及器件设计时需予以考虑。
