摘要:The research status of friction stir welding(FSW)temperature field finite element simulation method and experimental measurement method are summarized systematicaly. The statistical analysis of papers based on finite element simulation method is caried out from three aspects heat source modelcomputational solid mechanics(CSM), and computational fluid dynamics(CFD). For exp
erimental measurement method,the characteristics of different temperature measurement methods are summarized by discussing the temperature measurement principle and research routes of thermocouple and infrared thermal camera. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods, and puts forward the future research direction.
