基于试验验证的数控铣床夹紧套的结构优化

Abstract: 为了降低精密铣床中夹紧套的结构应力集中程度, 采用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件对夹紧套进行了结构优化设计。首先,
   在SolidWorks中创建了没有考虑夹紧套局部结构的简化模型, 结合夹紧套通压变形试验数据,
   有限元分析结果验证了该简化模型的有效性;然后采用神经网络方法构造了夹紧套变形和应力的响应面, 在此基础上,
   利用多目标遗传算法完成夹紧套的结构优化设计。计算结果表明夹紧套优化方案的最大等效应力相对于原始设计方案降低了70%左右,
   显著地改善了夹紧套的应力集中程度。
