Abstract:At present, the nonlinear load of axle box bearing and the spatial coupling relationship of locomotive vehicle are seldom considered in the dynamic modeling of locomotive wheel rail system. Therefore, based on the time-varying nonlinear contact load of axle box bearing, the dynamic model of locomotive wheel space coupling is established. Finally, through the test-bed of locomotive wheelset test verifies the correctness of the theoretical model. Experimental results show that: (1). The vibration of axle box bearing has a nonlinear strong coupling relationship in space. The vertical vibration amplitude caused by axial excitation of axle box is 0.216mm, which is about 22.2% of the amplitude of axial vibration. (2). The experimental results and the theoretical analysis results of the vertical and lateral vibration displacement of the axle box bearing are 10.2% and 5.7%. The theoretical model of the space coupling dynamics of locomotive wheel pairs accurately reflects the vibration characteristics of the locomotive under the track irregularity, and provides theoretical support for the design of key components such as axle box bearings.
