Abstract:   针对全断面岩石掘进水平支撑在不稳定地质条件下,易出现支撑不稳、刀盘下沉等问题,基于ANSYS/LS?DYNA有限元仿真平台,以II类和V类围岩为研究对象,建立支撑靴在脉动载荷作用下撑紧围岩的数值仿真模型。提取了围岩的等效应力、支撑反力变化规律及材料失效质量。研究结果表明:水平支撑基本能够适应II类围岩,而在V类围岩中容易出现失稳,随着接触面积的下降,支撑力出现具有明显的阶跃性质,失稳时刻也逐渐提前,反映出水平支撑对软弱围岩的不适应,为支撑靴的结构设计和地质适应性提供参考依据。
