Abstract:Through the experiment to simulate the urban light environment in dynamic and color , this paper research the effects on visual , psychological and emotional that different colors , different flash frequency dynamic light bring .Thus it can be inferred that the different forms of dynamic light in the actual outdoor scenes bring people with different feelings .
