Abstract: 细胞内的钙信号活动受细胞所处微环境的调控,与细胞的自我更新、分化、增殖和凋亡密切相关.研究细胞钙信号的定量调控不仅有助于精确掌握在微环境影响下细胞内钙信号的动力学规律,更能在细胞的命运控制、行为模拟、系统仿生等方面发挥至关重要的作用.本文总结了剪切流调控细胞钙信号的定量研究进展,包括:(1)剪切流刺激细胞钙响应的实验现象与机制;(2)剪切流刺激细胞钙响应的数学建模与仿真;(3)剪切流对细胞钙信号的反馈控制.
