Abstract:Microfluidic technique is developing rapidly in the fields of environmental health assessment and clinical identification. Many practicable and robust chip systems and devices have been developed in the past few years. The chip-based devices have various advantages such as portability and low consumption, which makes them practical and partly replaced the traditional techniques. In this study, research progress on microfluidic-based devices has been summarized. The development of microfluidic systems and the construction methods have been introduced and discussed based on our previous works.
