改性Pd/C催化对叔丁基α-甲基肉桂醛加氢制备铃兰醛

Abstract: 采用5%(质量分数,下同)Pd/C催化对叔丁基α-甲基肉桂醛(PTBMC)选择加氢制备铃兰醛,结果表明,K2CO3改性催化剂能加快反应速率,且铃兰醛的选择性显著提高.以K2CO3改性5%Pd/C为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,底物初始浓度0.375 mol/L,在40℃,0.5 Mpa的优化条件下反应80 min,PTBMC的转化率为100%,铃兰醛的选择性达98.5%.
