Abstract: A range of N,N-dimethylanilines were synthesized with excellent yields in one-pot by the hydrogenation and alkylation of nitoarenes with H-2 and HCHO over quenched skeletal Cu catalyst, which provides a facile, economical, and environmentally benign alternative methodology for C-N bonds formation.
