电位扫描速率对测试304不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract: 采用动电位极化测量技术测量304不锈钢在3.5%NaCl水溶液中不同电位扫描速率下的极化曲线,并且采用Tafel直线外推法测定了该钢的自腐蚀电流密度、自腐蚀电位、自腐蚀速率以及不锈钢钝化膜的击破电位。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,随着电位扫描速率的增大304不锈钢钝化膜的击破电位降低,自腐蚀电流密度增大,自腐蚀电位负移。
