介质流动对2507双相不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中电偶腐蚀的影响

Abstract:   2507双相不锈钢因良好耐蚀性易于与其他钢种产生电偶腐蚀倾向,流动环境下双相不锈钢与其他钢种电偶腐蚀行为研究鲜有报道.本文采用动电位极化、零电阻电流计等手段比较了3.5% NaCl溶液中流动对17-4PH/2507偶对和527A20/2507偶对电偶腐蚀的影响.发现17-4PH/2507偶对电偶腐蚀倾向较低,而527A20/2507偶对电偶腐蚀倾向明显.流动对17-4PH/2507偶对的电偶腐蚀没有明显影响,但明显促进527A20/2507偶对的电偶腐蚀.
