不锈钢钝化膜显色检测评估及其在核电不锈钢阀门的应用

Abstract: 通过实验室与核电站应用比较了邻菲罗啉和蓝点法两种不锈钢钝化膜的显色检测特征.实验室对比分析表明邻菲罗啉溶液较蓝点溶液具有较高的稳定性,而蓝点溶液会造成不锈钢表面的潜在损伤.核电不锈钢阀门检查结果表明蓝点溶液检测灵敏度波动性较大,与实验结果一致.因此邻菲罗啉溶液在核电站不锈钢设备钝化膜评估中具有更高的适用性.
