Abstract:This paper analyzed the effect factors of dynamic economic dispatch in
wind power integrated system. Based on the full utilization of wind
energy, the power output of thermal unit was optimized to obtain an
optimum economic dispatch scheme. In the optimization model the
constraints of up spinning reserve and down spinning reserve were
introduced to deal with the influence of wind power forecast errors on
dynamic economic dispatch, and valve point effect was considered in the
objective function. A hybrid particle swarm and interior point
optimization algorithm with smoothing technology was presented to solve
the optimization model with the characteristics of non-differentiable
and multi-peak-value. Numerical experiments demonstrate the rationality
of optimization model and great practical value of proposed hybrid
strategy.
