Abstract: This article discussed the technological catching-up problem of modularized industry in developing countries. Firstly, this article analysed the relationship between technical level, technology learning capability, technological innovation capability and technological capability; then, stated that the technological catching-up of modularized industry in developing countries is the integration of catching-up in technical level and technological capability. After comparing the developing mode of modularized industries in developing countries with that in developed countries, this article puts forward a technological catching-up model of modularized industry in developing countries ? 2010 IEEE.
