Abstract: 战时军事运输需面临更多现实性因素,运输轨迹常常具备回退、迂回等曲折式前进特征,运输时间常常超出预期。针对战时军事运输的运输时间不确定性特征,分析敌方打击破坏以及公路阻抗对运输方案的波动性干扰,使用迂回时延以及路阻时延对运行程间不确定性特征建模,讨论分组运输对运输风险的规避作用,建立以最小运量阻抗为目标的战时分组运输均衡模型,通过 K 优路径算法以及MSA迭代法求解流量分配方案,最后在改动Nguyen &&Dupuis网络中仿真测试,实验表明该模型对战时军事分组运输方案决策具有积极的指导作用。
